Quick Facts:
- Greta and Bob are the main vocalists, but the other two members also sing. The members also play multiple instruments; Chris has been seen rocking drums and guitar, Greta plays guitar and was spotted playing a bass, Bob was also seen playing bass, and Darren is rumored to be good at karaoke.
-The band started out with only Bob and Greta when they were in the 10th and 7th grade respectively. They jammed for a while before deciding that they needed drum and bass too. That's when Darren joined. They performed together as a trio, and Chris decided to join after seeing a video of the trio. The line up was finally complete in February of 2005.
- The band was called The Hush, until they realized that there was a rapper that went by that name so they added the "sound".
-The band got signed by Pete Wentz to his label Decaydance after Ryan Ross came across the bands purevolume page and passed it along to Pete. According to Greta, Pete sent them an email (with very bad grammar, due to being on a sidekick) saying that he was interested in signing them.
-When the bands self-released album "So Sudden" came out, it sold 300 copies in 2 days.
-Greta, a classically trained pianist since she was 3, just graduated from highschool.
-During their tour with Fall Out Boy, Greta, Chris and Darren went to a Guitar Center before the show but got lost getting back so Bob had to go up and perform the whole set solo. The rest of the band were in time to play the last half of the last song.
-Fans of Fall Out Boy would have noticed that Darren and Chris are in the My Heart Will Always be the B-Side of my Tongue DVD. Darren is one of the more excited fans in the crowd during a FOB show (Under "The Story">"The Live Experience"), and Chris is briefly seen in the introduction to "The Cutting Room Floor" outside a venue, staring at this one weird kid who keeps screaming.
